This Spring inspired Lemon Drop Martini will melt away your stuck-at-home blues and cure that cabin fever. A simple 5 ingredient martini recipe that you won't have to go out for, you probably already have all the ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • 1 1/5 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Extra lemon for garnish
  • Sweetly Stevia for garnish

Directions

    1. Fill your martini shaker with ice
    2. Rub a lemon around the edge of the martini glass and dip the rim in stevia
    3. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the martini shaker. Shake to combine
    4. Pour into the martini glass
    5. Enjoy!!
