Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (plus extra for love!)
  • 3 tablespoons Sweetly Stevia®
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 avocado, cut in half with pit removed

Directions

  1. Place coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract, Sweetly Stevia®, coffee, and cocoa powder into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop the avocado into the mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
