  • 6 Skewers
  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 24-ounce container Pineapple chunks
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt and pepper
  • Sesame seeds to top, optional
  • For the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice, from a can
  • 2 teaspoons of Sweetly Stevia, or to taste
  • 3 dashes Unsulfured molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Reduce sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Water


  1. Preheat your grill to 400 degrees and spray with nonstick spray 
  2. In a large bowl, place chicken pieces and vegetables, combine and season with garlic salt and pepper 
  3. Thread skewers with chicken, red onion, green pepper, red pepper, pineapple, and repeat ending with chicken 
  4. Once you’re finished preparing your skewers, it’s time to make the sweet and sour sauce 
  5. In a small bowl, combine Sweetly Stevia and unsulfured molasses 
  6. In a medium sauce pan, place all ingredients for the sauce, mix, and bring to a slight boil 
  7. Reduce heat and let simmer until ready to baste the kabobs 
  8. Place kabobs on the grill and baste with sweet and sour sauce using a brush 
  9. Close the grill lid and let cook for about 3 minutes.  
  10. Rotate kabobs and baste with more sauce 
  11. Keep rotating kabobs every 2-3 minutes for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink 
  12. Remove kabobs from grill and serve with extra sauce 
  13. Top with sesame seeds (optional) 
  14. Enjoy!
