  • For the tea:
  • 2-3 tablespoons Loose-leaf black tea, about 3-4 tea bags depending on how strong you would like it
  • 8 cups Filtered water
  • For the simple syrup:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 ripe Peaches, thinly sliced, use extra for serving
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetly Stevia, or to taste


  1. In a small saucepan, add water, Sweetly, and sliced peaches 
  2. Bring to a boil then lower heat and use a wooden spoon to stir and crush the peaches to infuse the flavor 
  3. Once the Sweetly has dissolved, cover, remove from heat, and let steep for about 25-30 minutes 
  4. While your mixture is steeping, brew your tea in a large pot or a tea maker. 
  5. Once your tea is brewed, remove the tea bags or strain out loose-leaf tea and transfer to a pitcher 
  6. Refrigerate to cool 
  7. When your Sweetly mixture is steeped, pour into a bottle or container over a fine mesh strainer to strain out the peaches 
  8. To serve, you can do one of the following 2 options: either set out simple syrup and add as much to the tea as you please, or add all of the simple syrup to the tea and stir 
  9. Serve tea over ice and add fresh sliced peaches 
  10. Enjoy!
