  • 3 tablespoons Sweetly Stevia, or to taste
  • 1/2 pound Fresh strawberries, remove stems
  • 4 1/2-5 cups Water, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh-squeeze lemon juice, about 9 lemons


  1. In a blender or food processor add the strawberries and puree 
  2. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir in 2 cups of water and Sweetly Stevia 
  3. Bring to a boil, and stir until Sweetly is dissolved 
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature 
  5. Strain the lemon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a 2-quart pitcher 
  6. Add in the Sweetly mixture and the pureed strawberries 
  7. Stir to combine 
  8. Refrigerate until cold, when ready to serve, add about 2 ½ cups of cold water and stir 
  9. Taste and add more water if necessary 
  10. Serve with ice 
  11. Enjoy!
