  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or to taste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetly Stevia or to taste
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • Easy Brown Sugar Alternative:
  • 2 tablespoons Unsulfured molasses
  • 4 tablespoons Sweetly Stevia


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease a 9x13 pan
  • In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the streusel, set aside
  • Grab a large mixing bowl and combine eggs, vanilla extract, oil, and milk
  • In a medium bowl, add Sweetly Stevia, flour, salt, and baking powder
  • Combine egg mixture with flour mixture and stir well
  • Pour half the batter into prepared greased pan
  • Sprinkle half of the prepared streusel on top of the batter
  • Top with the remaining batter
  • Sprinkle the rest of the streusel on the remaining batter
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes
  • Enjoy!

    Directions For Healthy Brown Sugar Alternative (makes 2 cups):
  • In a food processor or blender, combine Sweetly Stevia and molasses
  • Mix on medium speed until combined
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Enjoy!
