  • 1 pound Lean ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sweetly Stevia, or to taste
  • 2 dashes Unsulfured molasses
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 2 cups White rice
  • Garnish: Sesame seeds and green onions



For the rice: 

  1. Add 2 cups of rice to a pot 
  2. Place water into the pot (about 3 ½-4 cups of water) 
  3. Cover the pot and boil for about 18-20 minutes (heat on lowest setting) 
  4. Remove the heat, and let rice sit (covered) for about 5 more minutes 
  5. Enjoy!  


For the beef: 

  1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper (set aside) 
  2. In a large skillet, add ground beef and garlic over medium heat 
  3. Break ground beef into crumbles and cook until no longer pink 
  4. Pour the prepared mixture from earlier over the beef 
  5. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes 
  6. Serve over rice 
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds 
  8. Enjoy!
